FACTS: What Does District Mortgage Do With Your Personal Information?

How We Protect Your Information
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards, secured files, and secured buildings.
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256)
- Customer data is stored in a dedicated, isolated AWS account with strict access controls
- Documents are encrypted with customer-managed encryption keys (AWS KMS)
- Access to customer information is restricted to authorized personnel only
- We maintain a comprehensive information security program as required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Safeguards Rule
Consumer Report Information Disposal
In accordance with the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA), we properly dispose of consumer report information by shredding, burning, or otherwise destroying physical documents and by securely erasing electronic records to prevent unauthorized access.
Website Data Collection
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services that enable delivery of messages to you.
